We contacted Enchanted Events based on a referral. After just exchanging a few emails with Masuda, we realized that we found a professional and knowledgeable vendor for our wedding. We were in serious need for a decorator for our wedding. Masuda and Nadia provided us with additional ideas and worked within our budget to execute flawlessly. They worked with us to fill in any gaps and modify things that would not work. They were punctual and did a lot of prep work to make sure they understood our venue. The most important thing was that they were able to put together the event perfectly! Masuda and Nadia really have a knack for attention to detail and even an OCD person like me was pleased.

Enchanted Events DC did a fabulous job on my wedding earlier this month. I planned my wedding in a short timeframe, on a budget and juggling heavy work hours. Planning the decor piece of my wedding became an overwhelming task. Being of a different culture than my fiancé, I struggled to find a decorator that understood the cultural aspect of the wedding and at the same time envision the style I wanted for my wedding, as well as work with me and my crazy schedule. In walked Masuda and Nadia from Enchanted Events. I could immediately tell that the experience with them was going to be different than the other decorators I had dealt with. Masuda and Nadia came prepared with ideas based on the details I had given them when I requested a quote. They had done their research prior to meeting with me and went out of their way to make it a productive meeting. Most of all, they took the time to LISTEN to me and ask good questions to understand my needs. I knew immediately that I was in good hands. Their professionalism was impeccable: I could always count on them to follow up and follow through with even the smallest of details. Their flexibility was greatly helpful: they were able to recommend lower budget options and still maintain the style I wanted. On the day of the wedding, they executed our plans perfectly and were able to improvise beautifully on some unforeseen details. I received many compliments on how elegant and intimate of an atmosphere we had at our wedding reception, which was exactly the atmosphere I wanted to create. Finding Enchanted Events was the greatest stress-reliever during wedding planning. Their professionalism reassured me that the decor was in good hands and allowed me to focus on the more important things.
