What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All roofing jobs are charged in 10'x10' squares, prices include most materials and each different type of roof has a separate price. Sheathing (plywood) is charged separately as well as mileage, and hardware. Chimney and wall/step flashing is charged by linear footage. Any extras will be discussed and added to the proposal. Any non roofing jobs are charged by a fixed rate of 45 dollars an hour.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Replacements and repairs of various roof types/models to include. Standing seam. asphalt shingles, E.D.P.M, corrugated metal, slate and wooden shakes. Once in a while I will take on a non roofing job including many different tasks.
