- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the service. In some cases I charge by the hour. In some by the project/package. In some by a percentage of the transaction. I am always open to making the cost work for the client and myself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Read everything I can find and connect with many others in my fields who are knowledgeable. Connect with other professional discussion groups on subject of interest and value to clients. Attend seminars by inspiring leaders/speakers.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
(When I was still doing brokerage)Two buyers were referred to me and after some consultation I told them that the home they were trying to buy was not a good choice for them. they had told the agent how much they could afford and he was showing them a property in that price range. I told them i would search the area for a home that fit their needs even if it was lower priced. The short story is I found them a home for $100,000 less in better condition and they were/are very happy.
