Every event is different. We can work with you to come up with great options within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Beyond the initial interaction through Thumbtack I love to set up a quick phone call to obtain a bit more info. Then, we will put together a proposal for you to review. Maybe we need to tweak a few things, maybe we've hit the mark.... from there we will usually meet you in person to review everything and go over what we've proposed and work with you on the overall vision and scope of your event. Every catering is unique- corporate luncheons are much different than weddings- some events are straight forward, some take months to plan. We are here for whatever level your event requires.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience catering and over 25 years in the food industry, from managing to restaurant ownership.
