- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our initial quotes are food only - but fear not! We have everything you need for your party. We just need to know what to bring.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are interested in booking an event, we will give you a call and figure out exactly what you are looking for. After that we can send you a draft menu; you pick and choose what you like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jacob is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Both Charlie and Jacob are ServSafe certified.
