I have an almost unlimited number of tools to help people navigate this sometimes crazy world, and to find their deeper, happier, more meaningful selves. In this time, I lived in an ashram (intentional spiritual community) for 2 years, and studied under a guru named Sri Baba Hari Dass, who has been teaching people some of the secrets of life for 35 years. I work with clients at their homes or workplace, and I offer individual, group and couples therapy, counseling or guidance. I am a master of confusion management, which is what I consider one of the key elements to being happier, clearer and better people. We offer vinyasa yoga classes including vinyasa flow, gentle and hot yoga classes located at the beautiful Castle Hill Resort and Spa, as well as the Ludlow Community Center. Vinyasa flow class has a fun and high energy level designed to improve core strength and balance, stretch and strengthen muscles, and promote a sense of well-being. With consistent flow, connection with the breath, and positive affirmations, you will leave the class with a sense of peace and upliftment. The gentle yoga class provides opportunities for healing, rest and renewal. The hot yoga class has a vinyasa flavor, and it is designed to challenge students with moderately high temperatures between 80 to 95 degrees. We offer private and group lessons. All students are encouraged to honor their own bodies' abilities.

I teach women the amazing affects yoga has on your life as it has me. There are so many things to deal with life situations; how much more than exercise, mind, body, and spirit? Everything needs to be in sync, or your system is thrown off. Yoga has had a big part on my recovery from a double mastectomy. Thank God that I found it, studied it, and earned it. I can use it to help me today, and I would like to show other women what it can do for them also.
