- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My projects are either time and materials or we will bid out the project. Often it is actually less to do time and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually will go out and look at the project, we'll talk about ideas, and come up with a design plan. Design plans save money. My wife Clara does the design. When ideas are clear, time is well spent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have the laticrete pro tile installation training, we are EPA lead safe certified, we have OSHA safety training, Burlington EMP, and ASHI Home Inspection Training.
