- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
every jobs different, I always ask for at least a third of the price down just for a deposit on my first day and the rest once the jobs completed. come check me out on Facebook Jonjon Rutherford. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Giving a good first impression and introducing my whole crew give them a sense that we know what a family environment should be like. Then I do a walk around with them get an idea of the job and then I'll step away with my crew try to decide how long it'll take and what materials we will have to perchase to accomplish our goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I painted in job corp and then moved onto a painter's appretincship and went to painter school for a couple years. The whole time working for standard painting out of lynwood.
