FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There is nothing complicated about our pricing system! We offer personal training sessions at $25 an hour, and our boot camp classes are $20 drop-in fee per class or a monthly fee of $60 for all eight classes. Mobile training prices will differ based on distance, we can figure this out together. The first consultation session is always free for new clients wanting to check us out and see how we operate.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first thing we do is get to know you, our client, and understand your unique situation. Everyone has different goals, circumstances and experiences so before we create your individualized fitness programs we have to know how to make it the most effective. Once we have established a baseline then we create a plan that will get you the results you want by doing the things you enjoy.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I currently hold an ACE personal training certification along with several years of personal studies and internships at several successful athletic performance centers. I am currently working towards my BA in exercise science! Also I am lucky enough to be under the mentorship of an extremely knowledgeable trainer who has given me access to his knowledge and experience gained from over 10 years of work in this field.
