I have a long track record of solving Mechanical and Electrical problems. If I cant help you I will admit it. I wont guess at what a solution might be. If I cant help you after arriving onsite, you dont pay. I am vaccinated if that is a concern for you. I love solving issues related to anything mechanical or electrical. I fix just about everything. I love making people comfortable (not to cold - not to hot - nice cold beer etc.).

I can't say enough good things about Robert. To start with this story, I had someone to look at the furnace before Robert and they spent only 30 minutes, misdiagnosed the problem and then quoted me $1100 to replace the circuit board (a $300 part) with the possibility that it might also be the inducer (another $1000 quote from him). I said thanks, I'll think about it. I decided to bring Robert in for a second opinion and I'm happy he did. He got right into it, running the furnace through it's test cycles and determined that it was functioning properly (so happy I didn't spend even $300 on a new circuit let alone that other guy's quote). Robert went above and beyond testing and troubleshooting every component between the thermostat and furnace, eventually figuring out that the pump was the issue. He even took apart the pump and attempted to clean the corroded contacts. Ultimately we didn't get the pump running, but considering it's a $50 part at home depot, I didn't mind. Robert bypassed the pump on the circuit and the furnace works great again. Robert took the time to actually figure out and correctly diagnose the problem and didn't just see a pay day. To top it all off, I got some valuable knowledge about how my furnace is set up and how to run it through tests in the future.
