Carlos was very timely, clear and did a great job with my large landscaping maintenance job. He listened to what I had to say and provided feedback when asked. Thanks!
Contractor was timely and did an awesome job. The difference the window cleaning made is amazing! I've already discussed another project with him. Highly recommended.
Awesome work and a great guy to work with. He did everything he said he would do. We already have hired him for our next project. If you want an honest person who will work hard and do what they say, Bryan is your contractor. Thanks Bryan for all the hard work, you are awesome!!!!!
The Yard Guy gave me a response almost immediately on line, and called to schedule an appointment within the half hour. Came to my home, gave me a quote and was able to get the work done within a few hours. He was very nice, very professional and I'm happy knowing I have found a new contractor I will be using again and referring to others. His work was great!
Top notch and quick. Gave fair price. As a contractor, I'll definitely use again in the future.
Alex is the rare contractor who delivers upon exactly what he states he will perform. Fantastic communication and great service. I highly recommend Alex and will be using him again.
I cannot recommend Polo enough, his number will stay bookmarked in my phone for any landscaping needs in the future as well as recommendations to friends and family. I've been burned by contractors in various trades both residentially and in my business, it seems there are far more disreputable ones than not out conning the masses with over promised and under delivered while upping their bids or coming up with "unforeseen costs". In the state of Washington, anyone can get a contractor's license, without testing (except for electrical and plumbing), as long as he or she post a bond with the state and have insurance. As a result, there are so many "drunk uncles" out there bidding jobs and then throwing unqualified minimum wage paid workers on them to bilk unsuspecting home owners with no state oversight to protect you. It is "Buyer Beware". POLO is the opposite! After seeking bids from multiple contractors through Home Advisor and Thumbtack I sensed an immediate affinity with his professional attitude, communication, respect, and honesty. Polo brought in a crew of diligent, hard working guys focused on the tasks at hand and exceeded my always high expectations. He is personable, punctual, assessed me of all options, intelligently made recommendations that were taken (at no additional cost to the fair and agreed upon bid) and is providing additional oversight of the landscaping for a month, included at no additional fee, so as to assure plantings are established and stable. I am heartened to say Polo has diminished some of my cynicism by showing me there are still ethical young contractors establishing professional businesses the old fashioned way; by doing what they say they are going to do and then going the extra mile and actually doing more! Give Polo a call before his calendar is too full with other happy clients such as my wife and I! Mark Monroe / Mercer Island
Prestige Gardens and his owner Cully deserves my highest recommendation for the following reasons - Ownership: Cully owned the project to deliver on time and with quality Engagement: He kept me fully transparent of the progress and engaged me to suggest changes and even ask opinions on choice of materials. Quest for Quality: He looked around and identified the few things that he would like to do to ensure overall bigger value. He trimmed my backyard trees to the right size even when it was not in scope. He also indicated his displeasure on a few overgrown vegetation in my front yard (totally unrelated work) and offered to trim them without bothering for extra money. Timeliness: Our original estimate was within 7 to 10 days, he completed in 7 days. Proper closure: Post project during the walkthrough we identified a few gaps. While some were by myself, a few were noted by him. With trust, I paid him the second and the last payment but he did appear again a few days later to close the gaps. This included buying some extra materials (pavers, glues, sand) as well as labor. Professionalism: He is the only person amongst 6 other contractors I talked to, who provided me a proper hand drawn sketch with exact sizes, and a detailed breakdown of the cost. His talk and all dealings were sincere and professional. He and his crew were meticulous and hard working. Can work in uncertainties: Our project included dismantling a deck and we were not sure of the ground below it. With certain assumptions we came up with the original estimate. After dismantling the deck, we found that there was hard concrete below and big roots under the soil and concrete. This needed extra work and material. He discussed with me the contingency plans but kept costs in control and did not charge me an extra penny.
They were prompt and did a fantastic job. They explained what other areas of landscaping and yard work which they have available.
Great contractor to work with. Extremely responsive and courteous. Quality of work was excellent. I will re-hire for future work and would recommend them to anyone.
Eduardo is a landscaping rock star! Easy to communicate with, showed up on time, graciously worked around my contractors and painters and came up with great solutions for some problem areas. I’d give him 10 stars.
Patrick has been a great contractor. He is very dependable and responds very quickly to our work orders. Happy we found him!
Beyond impressed. Outstanding working. He went above and beyond. Shopping for the stones, having them delivered himself (cost $90 from the store). It took longer than expected but well worth the wait. Very easy to work with.
I expect Richard to get 5 stars when I next hire him ... he is conscientious, the place looks great .. it just took him a looong time to do the job. But I'm hiring him again for a couple jobs and I know he'll speed up.
Just started.and I will love to get a long with new people and served them to the rest of my life
