I absolutely loved working with Lisa. I felt very comfortable with her and trusted her completely which was detrimental to my progress. I was honestly shocked at how well hypnosis worked for me. I’m battling cancer and I believe that true healing starts with the mind. I’d give more than 5 stars if possible!!

Lisa goes above and beyond to make sure I was always comfortable or available for any questions I may have. She helped me get through my anxiety and past trauma I have had for years. Lisa has the skills and techniques to perform Hypnosis therapy, she is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend her.

I was in bad shape when I reached out to Lisa Shook. My life was in an upheaval. Lisa contacted me back almost immediately and arranged for a consultation to discuss my needs. After my first 90 minute session with her, one of my issues was completely resolved! More than I had hoped for...an addiction removed from my thoughts. Nearly 2 weeks later and not one drawback. I am free!! In my second session, she addressed another area of my grief and my subconscious. leading me to another victory within my struggles. I can't wait to go back for my next session. An excellent blend of hypnosis and therapy. Lisa Shook is the real deal.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I offer complimentary consultations to explain how hypnosis can help achieve the desired results. During the consultation we also make sure we are a good fit to work together. 5 sessions are usually where we can achieve long term results for almost any issue. Quitting smoking can be done in 2 sessions. Sometimes weight loss and drug addictions can be more than 5 sessions. Hypnosis can help with just about any issue you can think of.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I like to meet for a consultation, either in person or remotely. Then I provide information how hypnosis works and the truth about hypnosis so you are comfortable in the understanding it is not like the entertainment industry has portrayed it to be. Hypnosis is a normal and natural state of mind that everyone experiences at some point. Then we have the first session which is typically 90 minutes, and each session after is 60 - 90 minutes.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have been through training at Cascade Hypnosis Center and I am a Certified Master Hypnotist, and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists. I am a Certified 5-Path Hypnotist and 7-Path Self Hypnosis Teacher. I am also a Reiki Master Teacher.
