We had a very tight schedule since we wanted to get the popcorn removed and retextured, ceiling and walls painted, recessed can lights installed before we moved in and we have all of 2 weeks to get this done. Scott was prompt in responding to my call for quotes, very personable and prompt. He did an excellent job of scraping and retexturing the ceiling while taking care to not damage walls, light fixtures, blinds etc... He also finished the job very rapidly in 3 days (approx 2000 sqft w/ vailted ceilings in living and dining rooms). He cleaned up after the job everyday and left the house relatively clean. The only exception was that most of the recessed light bulbs were sprayed over with texture which I was able to wash off easily. All-in-all we're quite happy with how the ceiling turned out!

Scott did a phenomenal job with removing popcorn texture from over 1100 sq. ft of ceiling, including vaulted areas of our home. Looked great when completed, and absolutely no mess. Scott was very professional and would show up as agreed upon each day. Took about 4 days to complete, and would have been sooner but we were also in the process of moving in to the house. Scott was very friendly, and had a very positive attitude throughout the process. He even installed a couple of can lights for us, and helped move some items from the garage upstairs, while waiting for new texture to dry! I have already referred Scott to a few of my friends that need popcorn removed, and highly recommend to anyone looking to have popcorn removed from ceilings. Prices are very reasonable, as well....especially compared to the larger drywall companies. Thanks again Scott!!

Amazing! I hired Scott to refinish, prep and orange-peel texture my ceiling after taking out popcorn texture. Scott was right on time to start the job, didn't even take lunch break and got the job done professionally and quickly! We were painting our kitchen ceiling with another painter at the same time while Scott was there and we found an unexpected problem in the kitchen ceiling, Scott fixed that in a jiffy even if it wasn't something we agreed upon when he came. He also helped install recessed lights in the ceilings he prepared, again above and beyond what he signed up for! He cleaned up the areas properly after his job. I'd recommend Scott to anyone without hesitation!

He was very reponsive and ontime which is a plus. He was fast but also a bit sloppy. The side of the wall are torn, th3 cieiling was not mudded propperly (upon inspection the next morning several area of the ceiling are torn). If your bugdet is tight go with scott. Otherwise spend some extra $ to have it done cleanly.
