Since I bought my first home I knew that there would have to be a few home improvements that I could not skimp on, my roof being one of them. Once again, being a first time I had to call in a professional long-term home owner, my Dad, to give me advice of who to call. He did not say one specific company because they had been so great for him over the years; actually, he told me to call several different businesses to see who I could envision myself working the best with while expecting the best results. So, that is what I did, I met with person after person after person until I met with High IQ Roofing. Their quality approach to meeting with potential clients made me feel comfortable with getting my home re-roofed by them. It really is all in the first impression and High IQ Roofings first impression was impressive. So far, my house has not been re-roofed, I am waiting my budget to get a bit better but this something that has to be done soon. I am excited to say that I will be hiring High IQ Roofing in the near future- when my new roof is put on, I will let you know how the rest of the project worked out.

High IQ came out and looked as my roof and gave me a est on the replacement of the whole roof, I went with there bid. After the job was complete ( it rained after they took off the old roof & it leeked in the house) it rained very hard a few weeks later and it leeked again, this time getting the Sheetrock and insulation wet, I was not happy, I had to go to my insurance co to get this damage repaired & I think my ins. Co is trying to get the high hq to remberse them for the repairs - I would not use high iq roofing again for anything, they were nice, but I got a bad deal with all the extra work that needed to be done after the roof was put to the test - Pam in federal way wa.

It is refreshing in todays business world to have a company say and do exactly what is expected of them.
