- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer great discounts to our Thumbtack clients. We have monthly specials that are only advertised to our select client base and we extend those specials to our Thumbtack clients when working with them. Our Staging fees are inclusive and if sold within the first month of Staging, that's the only investment our clients make in having us Stage their home. Our rental agreements are also month-to-month, so should the home remain on the market beyond the first month, it's just a low rental fee to manage. There are no hidden fees and no balloon payments when your home is sold.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is NO charge for our Staging proposals. Whenever possible, we prefer to visit the home to determine the flow, room arrangements, colors, features and selection of Staged room importance. We then create multiple Staging Proposals based upon our home review, spanning many budget needs. We will always provide our clients with our honest recommendation of what should be Staged, down to the lowest level of Staging that we would be comfortable providing for their home. Whenever available, we can work from the photographs of a home to determine how to best Stage it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Accredited Staging Professionals (ASP). Trained and Accredited by Barb Schwartz who invented and founded Staged Homes.com in the 70's. Barb also applied for and received the first Accredited and recognized training program for home Staging. In addition to our accreditation, we have many hours of continued education credit as well as a world network of experience available to us.
