I chose to meet with Holly once a week, but through an awesome app, she has helped me stick to my goals daily through various work outs and stretches, which she updates regularly.
They say there are no quick fixes and that it's all about having a healthy lifestyle, and it's true. Holly will help you find a path to that lifestyle through fitness and nutrition. I came to her with very little upper body strength, and now I'm able to rock climb, deadlift and feel strong all over.
With Holly you'll feel comfortable and at ease. She'll push you, but will also get to know your limits. "Do your best for today."
