- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is based on square footage. The prices that are listed are a "soft estimate" and should be used as a guide. The exact price is based on actual square footage and actual number of stairs. Should you use our service, upon arrival our technicians will measure the areas you want cleaned and will tell you the price before we begin. There will be no surprises at the end.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We clean residential (which includes homes, condos and townhomes) and commercial (which includes common areas and offices) properties. We also handle emergency water damage situations.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Don't necessarily look for the least expensive. We've all heard the old saying - "You get what you pay for".
