As a beginner to serious workouts, I am glad I chose Serious About Fitness. It's been about 3 weeks since I joined and I have worked with both Chris and Garren during this time. Though it is a group training, the trainers keep an eye out for how you are doing and the training sessions are highly personalized and fun while challenging at the same time. Looking forward to more great workouts!
I was very sad to leave my training sessions with Jeremy due to moving out of state. Jeremy is an excellent professional at what he does, not only does he help you on how to best reach your goal but he also teaches you why it is the best approach. He is very attentive to how your body is reacting to the exercises and adjust them if necessary. I have never been a fan of excersing but Jeremy made it fun, challenging, and very educational :). I highly recommend him!
Though I've only been with Super Fit for just a month I can say that I feel as though I've been there for years. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and non-intimidating, something I appreciate very much and that which has prevented me from joining many of the clubs and groups out there. There's no competition except you competing against yourself to see just how far you can push yourself for you. And the staff, I can't speak highly enough about their knowledge and willingness to guide each and every individual to have the most effective workout possible during each and every training session. They will ensure that with hard work you will achieve your goals at a safe and effective pace. The trainer to student ratio is something I've not seen in any other fitness center, adding that extra personal touch and direction most miss out on elsewhere. And above all, they are the friendliest staff making everyone feel like they truly fit in and belong. I look forward to working out and would highly recommend Super Fit for anyone looking for a very professional and friendly atmosphere, Ranked #1 to me. Tina has been my success partner in my weight loss and has designed a program just for me for my fitness and strengh training to get the next level. She is understanding of where I am and is encouraging and a great accountabilty coach.
I have been training with George for 7 weeks! he is amazing, passionate, and dedicated to my personal fitness goals!!! I am turning 50 in 2 weeks. I thought I would just do 3 months of training, and then group classes, but now I want to continue the one on one because of his training methods. Thank you George

Holly was my trainer for about a year and through training with her and focus on improving my nutrition I lost 40lbs. Holly gave me invaluable knowledge about how to build my own workout and continue to challenge myself. Work outs with Holly were never boring - Holly had something new every time. I learned something every time I went to the gym with Holly. She is a very kind person and very open to listening and helping people to achieve their goals. I would highly recommend Holly to someone who needs help learning how to use the gym and make work outs really count. I can tell that Holly continues to learn new things about health and nutrition and she shares that knowledge with her clients. Holly also cuts my hair and she does a great job :)
I have been working with Kendall for the past 3 months and I could not be more pleased with my results! Kendall is a total professional who will customize a training program to meet your specific goals and needs, whether it is to be more active, to look more toned, to be in better shape—or all of the above. Moreover, Kendall is very easy to work with, reasonable, and a general pleasure to be around. He brings his upbeat attitude to each and every session, and is clearly extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I could not recommend him more highly!
Anthony whose the Body Transformation owner really pushes me to work different areas of my body in training. I do a variety of different exercises that doesn't feel like a hamster on a wheel like at the gym. I enjoy the variety and different levels of moves and exercises. He's also very thorough on making sure sure I got the correct form performed correctly so that I don't get injured. He sure knows what he's doing as far as training goes. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer as he gives me "tough love" when it comes to fitness. I appreciate it when I look in the mirror and notice my slimmer figure over time. And he's a real cool guy on top of it all!
I've been working out with Melissa and absolutely love it! From the beginning, she's been prompt replying back to me and always text me back almost immediately. She knows her stuff regarding fitness, strength training, and fat loss. She also is very knowledgeable about arthritis and constantly checks in with me to insure no further injury to my knees. She's AMAZING!
Charles has been an exceptional trainer for me this past year, I've worked with him 305 times a week for almost 8 months and my personal fitness has increased significantly. I had been working at a desk for almost a decade with little to no physical activity in my daily life and I took the opportunity of some reduced workload to focus on losing weight and strength training. Charles has helped me to achieve significant improvements in both arenas with ~30lbs weight loss and I'm now strong enough to enjoy sports and physical activities consistently.
Hannah is a highly competent trainer. She has excellent knowledge of human anatomy and kinesiology and applies that to training her clients. An added bonus is that Hannah also trains, so she knows the challenges and rewards of what she asks her client to do. She will take you from where you are, beginner to advanced or in-between, and adapt your training routine to suit your limitations, abilities and goals. Because Hannah is a stickler for proper technique, I never have been injured while training with her. I have trained with Hannah for one year and intend to continue. She is the best!
I've been training with David 3-5 days-a-week since September 2013. He's experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. I appreciate that he adapts to my personality which keeps me motivated, since I'm not one to workout on my own. I feel more confident when he's there to see if I'm doing things correctly, and is a great spotter when the weight is too much. He turns my weaknesses into my strengths and always changes the workout to keep it interesting. I've significantly gotten stronger, lost some weight, and overall feel much more healthy. I've been through many personal trainers and David has been with me the longest. I look forward to more great results and great training sessions. Thanks David!
Working w/Coach David has been tough but rewarding. He manages to push me right up to my limits, but knows when to come at something from a different tact or rework it if that particular day or exercise is too much. We constantly communicate about what goals I have for our training sessions, as well as the benefits for each activity. He's completely supportive and infinitely patient, and I come out of each session feeling like we've both done a lot of work and made progress.
I've been working with Curt for 7 years. When we first started he promised to make my debilitating back pain disappear. 7 years later my pain is nonexistent and I'm in better shape than I was in my 20s and the workouts are FUN. His program and workouts with Jared have completely strengthened my core and have helped my golf game immensely. Highly recommend Curt and Ligot Training Systems.
I started working out with Ron in June 2012, and have been taking his classes multiple x a week ever since. Mainly, I'm taking Ron’s Power Reformer (Pilates) classes, but had many TRX classes with him and six months of Strength and Conditioning (weight training) as well; so, my opinion is definitely informed. The same principles were consistently applied by Ron, no matter the class type: well-rounded full-body workout that is always planned and thought out, individual attention to form, and workout intensity that always pushes my limits and helps me grow stronger (and angrier haha). All that wrapped up with a professionalism bow; Ron’s always on time, always courteous and always up for helping you meet your training goals.
Autum is a fantastic personal fitness trainer. She is very knowledgeable on fitness training, nutrition and wellness, and she tailored a program specifically for my situation and health goals. I quickly saw results and I met all my objectives. I enjoyed my training sessions with Autum, she is professional, positive, friendly and easy to work with, and she truly cares about her clients. I cannot imagine a better personal fitness trainer, and she is a wonderful person. I highly recommend her!
Working out and especially using weights used to be something I didn’t believe I was capable of. The foundational information Peter has taught me has allowed me to feel safe and get the most benefit out of my workouts. It also showed me that weight training wouldn’t make my body bulky or huge. It’s helped me develop lean muscle and sculpt my body in a way I have always yearned for. Peter’s instruction and coaching has enabled me to create a sustainable fitness and wellness lifestyle that I never thought possible. I’ve since gained a newfound confidence lifting weights and working out that I’ve never had before in my entire life. I have even taught a few boxing classes! Without Peter’s guidance I know I wouldn’t be where I’m at physically or mentally.
I started training with Tim Koffler 8 years ago, yes, EIGHT years ago. Before, I had worked with others trainers, but Tim proved to be the best by far. He introduced exercises that I did not think i'd be capable of doing. He encouraged me to go for them and I learned how to trust him and his judgement. Tim changed the routines all the time to keep me challenged, prevent boredom and see the results I wanted. I can honestly say I would not be in the shape I'm in without Tim. He is demanding and creative. He is always ready with new ideas; always willing to adjust workouts. He has an eye for my strengths and weaknesses (of which there are quite a few). Training is not always fun, but Tim knows that. He is patient when it seems necessary, supportive and very knowledgeable. A few years ago, Tim also became a Licensed Massage Therapist. That extra knowledge of the body and its functions is priceless. He can "diagnose" problems during training; give expert advice and he offers massage therapy if needed. I love the workout sessions with Tim. He pushes me harder than I would ever do myself. He is easy going and reliable and became a good friend after all these years. A great trainer like Tim is such a pleasure. It's a commitment I made to stay healthy and in shape; and it's a commitment on his side, too. I will continue training with him as long as I'm able to lift a 2-pound dumbbell!
Tim Winslow is a fabulous personal trainer. He is very dependable, has a positive encouraging demeanor, and creates challenging workouts designed to meet your fitness goals and beyond. Tim has a deep knowledge of sports training as he works with high school teams as well as professional teams. I loved working with Tim. I got great results.
Brandon was a tremendous trainer. He motivated my son to get up and do something. His training techniques and persistence created a mentality in my son that we could not produce at home. His prices were so low it urged ne to pay him more because the service we were getting was second to none. He has a way with his personality that creates a hungry environment to learn. Made my son excited to get up and go train. Don't pass him up. Good guy personally and a great trainer professionally.
