I hired Mike with Tekton to build a bathroom/combo laundry room and a small kitchen in an ADU that did not have these items. The project took 4-weeks and fit my budget. Mike took the initiative to help to solve problems and finish the project within a tight budget. If your lucky enough to hire Mike you will not be disappointed! AND he is a nice, honest contractor you can trust.

My wife and I are extremely grateful for Tekton LLC. Mike, the owner, is a man of integrity and ethics. We basically gutted our 1987 home for a complete remodel to sell as soon as possible. I needed a contractor who could handle every facet of the remodel, stay within the budget, complete the job with excellence and do it all while I moved to a destination 3000 miles away. In other words, I needed someone I could trust implicitly to make critical decisions on my behalf and in the absence of my input. Mike was simply outstanding in every area! He anticipated every need, developed a solid plan to accomplish each phase in a timely manner and exceeded every expectation. I reached out to Mike for an estimate on a downstairs remodel, but wound up hiring him for an upstairs remodel based on his recommendation of where best to spend our money. I thought his pricing was fair and I hired him mainly based on his Thumbtack reviews. I was not disappointed- the work was excellent and our upstairs has been transformed. Mike's easy to work with and very responsive. I definitely recommend.

Mike did a great Job putting in a bathroom ceiling fan and fixing my air vent flowing to the outside of the house. He also fixed my gutter that was separating from the house. He was professional and got back to me when I txted him. I am very busy and don't have time to deal with non responsive contractors. Will use him again in the future for sure!! Thank you MIKE!!
