- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Revive Remodels allows scheduled payment plans. Each contract will include a breakdown of pricing based off of the progression of the project. We collect a 25% down payment upon contract signing, then the remaining project is paid upon progression. For example: Bathroom Renovation $25,000 Downpayment is 25% down : $6,250 Demo and Materials: $12,750 Completion: $6,000 If you refer any customer who signs a contract with Revive Remodels, we will give you a discount of 10% off your current or next home project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Building strong trusting relationship 2. Contract agreement 3. Purchase materials, assist with design, and finish materials 4. Introduce contracting crew to home owners 5. Protect home before demolition 6. Project managers will review every step of the project (project managers are available for all questions, concerns, changes, additions, etc. throughout the project) 7. Final walkthrough with client 8. Completion- clean up, and haul away!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew members are all licensed, bonded, and insured. They have had extensive background checks, have multiple years of experience, and can give professional advice throughout the project. Each project has a project manager, so you will not be left in the dark, wondering what is coming next in the project.
