- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most often I perform projects on a Time and Materials basis. This is the low stress way of progress allowing home owners to make choices along the way to keep ahead of progress. However if clients prefer we can also give fixed prices, or prices based on budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and review the project in place. If project is within my scope of preferred expertise, then I create a budget or estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Built 32 homes, and remodeled hundreds of homes. And performed way over a hundred bathroom remodels.
