We had a fabulous experience with Callison from beginning to end. The guy who did the bid was very informative and clear, the office staff was friendly and helpful in helping me choose materials and doing scheduling, the cost was very reasonable, and the 2 installers were incredibly hardworking and skilled craftsmen, with excellent attention to detail. They were great at keeping the rest of the house clean, went above and beyond in helping me donate our discarded tile in order to keep it out of the landfill, and are amazingly nice guys.

We loved working with Callison Hardwood Floors! They were there on time every dau and the crew was very pleasant to work with. They never missed a day and our huge project was completed in a very timely manner. Our floors look BEAUTIFUL. It seems like everyone is remodeling these days, so we are constantly recommending Callison Hardwood Floors to family, friends and neighbors.

We replaced our entire upstairs carpet with pre-finished hardwood and also had our stairs replaced and living room floor. The work was accurately estimated and details on how to prepare and plan the work was clearly communicated. the installation itself was very efficient and all expectations on start and end times were relayed and for the most part held as agreed. There was only one delay related to a missed shipment - no impact to us and only extended the work one day. The product looks great, the installation was clean - work areas cleaned up thoroughly every day and the end result was a great upgrade to our home.
