We meet each client at their current fitness level and progress at a pace that is specific to each person depending on their age, conditioning, and previous injuries. What makes us different from other trainers is we take the time to record workouts to make sure each client is making progress instead of just making people tired and sweaty.

With Nate, you're going to get strong and have fun. Good Time Fitness lives up to its name! Before I started training, I felt anxious because I didn't know anything about weights, had little muscle, and didn't want to make a fool of myself in the gym. After just one session with Nate I already felt at home! It's been nine months since I started and I still look forward to my training sessions. Beyond learning proper technique, each week I know I'm getting stronger because Nate takes detailed notes and the weights get heavier! I also know I can achieve any goal I set my mind to thanks to seeing real change from my small weekly commitments with Good Time Fit. The most rewarding outcomes have been waking up each day with more energy and seeing my physical transformation in the mirror. Good Time Fit helps me be the best version of myself. I started training with Nate over 6 months ago, and my understanding of weight lifting was minimal as I hadn't really done it since high school. He got me right into lifting while focusing on form and my results so far have been fantastic. I have zero back pain now, and I'm way stronger than I've ever been in my life. Nate has been incredibly patient answering the roughly 1,000 questions I ask per session, and has really taught me a ton about proper form and my diet. He's incredibly knowledgeable, and a fun dude to work out with. I look forward to the progress I'll make in the next 6 months, and the positive lifestyle changes I've made for years to come. You owe it to yourself to go with Nate as your personal trainer and see some real results!

I am a 65 year old woman I have been working with Nate for over 6 months. He has saved my life. I used to walk with a cane and was very unsure on my feet. A friend of mine told me about Nate. She said he works well with all ages, he takes you from where you are at forward. I also see him working with people who have had injuries needing to build their strength back up. He is patient, kind, charming, gentle while he guided me to better health. He charts my progress so we can both see how the work pays off. I no longer walk with a cane I have lost 10 lbs. without being exhausted. I no longer accept aging as an excuse for not living life to the fullest. If you are thinking about personal training Nate is your guy he is very passionate about helping people back to optimum health and makes it fun while he does it. Thank you Nate I have never felt stronger or had more energy.

I had no experience in lifting weights and came across Nate and selected him as my personal trainer and I am very happy I did that. He has been helping me to achieve my fitness goals ever since. I started seeing good progress within first month itself. He will gauge your progress and show you how to get better and better. He will show you the right form, help with techniques and also give diet suggestions. Had a workout break for couple of months? He will help you get back in form. Have a big vacation planned with no access to gym? He will help you layout a home workout plan. He will listen to all your workout and diet questions patiently and will give answers to them. All in all, I look forward working with him more and more.

I have been training with Nate for 6 months. I was trying to prepare for my 4 day 3 night hike along the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in July. That would be my first ever hike. I knew nothing about strength training when I just started. Nate taught me how to do squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses correctly. I really like his approach of progressive overload. It is great to see myself getting stronger week by week. The Inca Trail has a lot of ups and downs. Even though I was among the slowest in my group, I was able to handle the steep steps. After the hike, I had no muscle sore nor keen pain. The training really paid off. Nate is a great person to work with. He is always on time and very patient. I highly recommend Nate.
