- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am constantly taking further higher education classes in life coaching, personal development and hypnotherapy to improve my knowledge, techniques and skills.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I used to be just a nutritionist and found that most people knew what to eat but it was their thoughts and feelings that were holding them back. That led me to study hypnotherapy to help them get rid of core limiting beliefs. I wanted to then help them move forward so I went on to study life coaching. I love combining them all!
- What types of customers have you worked with?I help them remove any mental blocks that are holding them back. Help them move forward in all areas of their life by teaching them tools to master any negative thinking and difficult emotions and how to develop positive habits to move forward toward more fulfilling relationships, satisfying work and a healthy lifestyle.
