Coach Mihai gives me workout that's diverse, complex and focused on functionality. I never get bored because there's usually a new move, a new challenge or option. He's always on time, communicative and so supportive in my journey to become healthier and stronger. Mihai has been so much more than a personal trainer. I've gotten a lot of local tips from him on where to eat, what meal delivery service to use, etc and he's always down to discuss healthy lifestyle tips and tricks.

Mihai deserves all of the 5 star reviews she has received. He is an amazing trainer- motivational & encouraging. Half hour flies by each session as they are never the same work out. He fills every minute with new, challenging moves. I would recommend him 10/10 times!!!

I started training with coach Mihai around 2 months back. Even during these uncertain times, I really commend his approach to offer skype workout sessions. My sessions have been valuable in helping me keep active and increase my stamina. I highly recommend training with him. 😊

I started to work with Coach Mihai since last fall. I do two sessions a week and 30 min each, no other homework as I have a super busy life. Despite the very short time investment, I can see the progress on my body shape and my strength level. Coach Mihai is very professional and considerate. He designed the whole training session in various ways - I was easy to get bored in my previous strength training, but never with Coach Mihai. He adjust the sets carefully to make it fun and effective. He pays close attention to the details too. E.g. if my back get even a little unpleasant pain, he adjusts the requirement to make it less stressful. Outside the training sessions, he gave guidance on the diet, cardio and organized social events too (unluckily I am not able to join much). When the pandemic situation started, he switched quickly to online sessions and keep the movement going which is quite helpful.

Mihai is exceptional and a trainer and a guide. I have trained with him on a regular basis for 4 months and the results have been exceptional. His knowledge and ability to tune each season to your need is unrivaled. Without a doubt one of the most accomplished and all round trainer I have met. Especially during the COVID-19 Mihai managed to be equally effective over Skype as he was in person. Highly recommend to anyone irrespective your level of fitness. He is well suited to a beginner as he is to a pro athlete

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Fitness needs to be effective, customized to your needs and also affordable. This is why I offer a special hybrid training sessions. It's a personalized training session that delivers on the results. It's a customized mix of weight training, cardio, core.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Initially we set up a complimentary fitness workout session which functions as both fitness assessment for me and a preview of my fitness program to you.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have an associate degree in exercise science as well as an associate degree in massage therapy. I also hold 10 national certifications.
