- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and tailored to each contract, because none are the same. Our industry advantage is that we have low overhead don’t believe in the need for red tape, bureaucracy or doing something because “that’s the way it’s always been done. “ As the customer, you’re unique. If you’re on a tight budget, we can accommodate. We make the process simple.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A friendly conversation! I love getting to know potential customers and how I can help; whether it’s one due diligence assignment or a long term contract, each relationship is important. I like to learn about their past experiences and their new expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master’s in Management & Leadership, Commercial Real Estate Certificate, Bachelor’s in Construction Management, a CESCL with the Department of Ecology in WA & OR and a Juris Doctor candidate.
