- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing it depends on location of where client lives. If in my neighborhood I can be more flexible with my rates. I can give a better rate if you are going to a client for more than 6 weeks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss their goals and what they want to achieve from my sessions. My approach is to always listen to your body and take things slow if you have not been working out as your routine its important to not over due it in the beginning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my training with CrossFit and have certification in yoga. I have taken weight lifting, gymnastics, rowing, and Level 1 certifications with CrossFit. I owned a gym in Colorado with my regret we had to close on account of my husband's job in WA. I found I enjoyed working one on one rather than in a class. CrossFit is a great way to transform your body if done in a safe way and I feel it is much easier to do that in private coaching.
