I started training with John at Full-Power Fitness 2 years ago in the group strength training class. I am very happy with the course and my results. I look forward to the class twice a week and it has made a great improvement on my mental and physical health. The environment is safe, welcoming, clean and is equipped with everything needed. John is intelligent and well qualified. He is able to identify problems before they become injuries and has adeptly modified workouts to match my abilities. I have avoided other gyms and personal trainers in the past because I don't appreciate the hyper masculine cultures I've encountered. John offers an alternative approach that is personalized to be suited for all kinds of people to attain their goals. Jamie is absolutely awesome. Each session I've had with her is different. I love how she spices it up every time we meet. She's taught me so many things I can do to tone with a stability ball and weights. When she notices that I'm struggling to finish a set, she's right there beside me motivating me, cheering that I can do it. With her motivation, I do finish it and it feels so good. I don't believe you could ever find the expertise and professionalism that Jamie has to offer at a typical gym. She designs my workout specifically for me. Jamie not only does physical training, but she also educates you on nutrition. She helps you figure out how much calories you should be taking in on a daily basis on workout days and non workout days. I would recommend Jamie to anyone I know, whether it is someone just wanting to shed a few pounds for a wedding or a person who is really ready to make that lifestyle change and loose a lot of weight. Since starting my sessions with Jamie, I feel better physically and mentally. I look forward to each session I have with her.

After losing 80 pounds on Weight Watchers through diet only, I still felt weak and dubious about caring for my neice's 3 year old and baby a couple of days a week. At age 65 I also had arthritic pain in my neck, shoulders, lower back, right hip and right knee. I have always loathed exercise but intellectually knew I needed to increase my stamina some way. My fear of germs, looking foolish and my vertigo were excuses not to go to a public gym. Excuses persisted until I started training with Carol at Fit Girl. My prior broken tailbone, poor self esteem and my vertigo were challenges Carol overcame as she custom designed stretching, strength and balance ((crucial for any senior's safety) exercises to meet my needs and my body's limitations. Not once have I felt foolish in her pristine clean professional gym nor have I ever been asked to do any movement that caused pain and yet my body has transformed. Although I have not lost any more weight, people ask me if I have because of my muscle tone and vastly improved posture. Because of movement and helpful nutritional suggestions by Carol, my arthritic discomfort is minimized as well. ★★★★★ Anthony is great. I was the heaviest I had been my whole life when my mom told me she heard about 41 sports. She sent me a link to a video from a TV segment about 41 sports boot camps. I e-mailed Anthony and he has been there for me since. I have lost over 60lbs. He encourages me, and he is a friend. 41 sports is not like the scary boot camps on weight loss shows where the trainer screams at people who are not in shape. He knows you can do it, and convinces you to keep trying. Together, we have worked through my brachial plexus injury, accomplished many goals, and continue to work on more. My whole life I have felt disabled, now I feel like I can do nearly anything. I haven't worn the size I'm in since I was about eleven years old. I've been training with Christin since Feb. 2016 and love it! Regular exercise was new to me and she has tailored workouts to my schedule and health goals; using both online and personal training sessions. The way I train is unlike any other traininer. I mix all workout's I have learned throughout my life. Most trainer's are set in the way they were taught in class while I am taught by years of experiance with soldier's, child athlete's and injurd humans.
