- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on what the clients needs are. I will provide a proposal upon request. Here are some examples of what I have offered in the past: For Personal Chef: I use premium ingredients so my base cost is $40 per meal, per adult for meal prep. This includes a protein, grain & vegetable with sauces and toppings. Either ready to cook or reheat. A typical date night with 4 courses of a salad, appetizer, entree & dessert is $120 per person. For Catering: $25-$45 per person for an organic buffet with salad, salad toppings, dressing, protein, grain & vegetable. $65-$150 per person for a 3 course plated meal.
