Three times I was either canceled or "no showed" by this guy. The first two times because he said he was sick, but he didn't call until shortly before show time. The third time he called 30 minutes before show time to tell me he was on another job and would be delayed an hour and a half. 5 hours later (and no call), I went on Home Advisor and hired someone else. I try to always give the small businessman the job first (through Thumbtack), but this discouraging experience has me rethinking that. 3 times I rearranged my schedule and 3 times I emptied my cabinets for this repair and the guy doesn't show up. I can only say this is probably a blessing in disguise because his work is probably just as poor as his customer service.

I needed my house power-washed, and roof treated for moss - and the sooner the better. David followed up on my call for bids, was available to do the work right away, explained his process and answered all my questions, then gave me a fair and reasonable quote and stuck to it.
