Introduction: Yoga classes with attention to therapy for the lower back are provided two mornings a week. This is an ideal class for those new to yoga, or who simply prefer a gentle class with added benefit of specific asanas to maintain and promote a healthy back. Classes are in 5-week sessions, and are on-going.
Joani has over 30 years of experience in teaching yoga, and is also a licensed massage therapist. She brings compassion, experience and love of yoga to each class.
Private classes are also available for individuals or small group at your home or office.
