Introduction: At A Consistent Cleaning Experience (ACCE, LLC), it is our mission to help create a sense of balance, when that balance is disrupted by life and it's uncertainties, through providing a consistent cleaning experience. We are locally owned and operated, as well as licensed, bonded and insured. Our services are mainly residential, but we also provide move-in / move-out cleanings, commercial and new construction/remodel cleaning. We offer initial (Top to Bottom cleaning) and reoccurring (General Maintenance cleaning) services on a weekly, bi-weekly or every four weeks schedule. Payment is due on the day of service either by cash, check or credit/debit card. Each of our cleaning technicians undergo a certifiable, tested and proven training program allowing us to provide you with a consistent cleaning experience time and time again. We provide all supplies needed except a vacuum. Please contact our office if you have any questions. By hiring A Consistent Cleaning Experience, not only are you allowing us to help you with the cleaning of your own home but you are allowing us to give back to our community in a variety of ways. *You are helping us to provide free housecleaning services to families with children who have extensive medical needs and require extended stays in the hospital. Taking them away from their homes, their jobs and the rest of their family. *You're helping your cleaning technician donate to a charity of their choice if you choose to tip them. Every increment of $5 given as a tip, our technicians donate a $1. * $5 from every cleaning is put into a fund that allows us to sponsor a local school with Dave Ramsey's Foundations in Personal Finance curriculum.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our prices are dependent upon the square footage of your house, which service you choose, Top to Bottom cleaning, First-time General cleaning, or the General Maintenance cleaning and how often you want services completed. When you tell friends and neighbors about our service you will receive money-saving-certificates for every referral you send us that becomes a reoccurring client. We offer a 10% senior discount. Our current coupons (one per client) are as follows: Save $30, $10 off your 2nd, 3rd and 4th consecutive service. Save $50 off your first Top to Bottom clean with the scheduling of a follow up cleaning.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our typical process for working with a new customer is first to make sure we answer any questions they may have. So each client has as much information as they need to make a sound decision about who they are about to hire. We then find out exactly what they are looking for. We do this by providing a checklist broken down by rooms and have the client fill out the checklist to their own specifications. We also talk to them about their budgets, how often they want their cleanings to occur and how soon they are wanting their first cleaning to take place. We work with each client to try the best we can to fit their needs into their budget.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We have 14 years of experience in the cleaning industry. We have provided services for residential, commercial, new construction, remodels as well as move in and move out cleans. Training/learning is something we are constantly doing. We are always looking to improve our service and offer the best possible cleaning experience we can.
