FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary by job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At an initial meeting with new customers I like to establish the scope of the task, as well as the expectations for the job. The next step is discussing the deadlines for the various aspects of the event/job, breaking down the task into smaller components. For day-of events, I want to make sure that I work with the client to flesh out the time-line and gather the contact information for all pertinent vendors and contacts. My goal is always to be able to be 3 steps ahead on the day an ensure that my clients can enjoy their wedding or event. For longer scale projects, establishing the wants for the final project and what my role will be during the process is where I like to start.
