- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to offer competitive pricing. If you get another quote that's lower, ask me and I might be able to match it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to understand the customer's priorities for the job. Some jobs can be done multiple ways. I like to talk through different options to make sure they get the service best suited to their needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I mostly do residential jobs, but have done a bit of commercial work. I've worked in apartment units as well as single family homes.
