I own several rental properties in Seattle. A tenant moved out unexpedtedly and put a sofa bed, mattress and some other items in the fenced in area for garbage. Needless to say, I had a big problem. I jumped on Service Magic and within 1 minute John called. They were out at the location on the same afternoon. Additionally, they sent pictures so I didn't have to drive down there and inspect the work. Obviously, the job was done well, quickly and was well priced. If you have junk, these are your guys! If you are planning to move, especially after decades in the same location, they will also come to your home and sort through your belongings, with your instruction, to remove anything you no longer need.

I was moving and needed to dispose of a piece of exercise equipment, quickly. Rubbish works arranged to come by the next day. The driver was on time, and alone. I was nervous that he would not be able to handle the task solo. No problem. The machine was gone within 5 minutes and all worked out great. Thank you Rubbish Works.

John and his gang to great care of my needs. I had inherited a warehouse load of junk from a previous tenant. John's guys came in and cleaned it out in double-quick time. We are D. L. Harris Homes, a remodeler and needed to have construction debris removed from a bath tear out. The location was downtown Renton with no space to leave a dumpster except on the customer's front lawn. Just not acceptable. Rubbish Works came exactly when they said and removed the pile from inside the house so nothing outside was disturbed. It was a perfect solution.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We read trade journals on waste management, recycling news, and am a member of many associations that promote ethical business, maximizing resources etc.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I saw a need for cleaning out forclosed homes and helping seniors with downsizing. I like to recycle.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential pickups. Old furniture, appliances, demo debris, yard waste. Commercial jobs include; Construction debris, office furniture, water damaged items.
