FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet people in person. It’s hard to create a positive energy over texts and emails. I have to reassure you that you’re in good hands and that I understand what your concerns are or end goal. Every step of the way I will always be in contact. If there are easier and more cost effective ways to go about a project, I will gladly make it an option. I take pictures not only for our records but to give you a visual overview of what happens throughout the process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
First real job I got in High School was Waterproofing/French Drains. I was 16 running the office as a Manager and later ran crews at 18. Stuck with it until I was 25 and joined the laborer’s union where I was introduced more into concrete. Laboring for huge projects like I-5 Revive/ Lander Bridge Seattle/ I 405 toll lanes/520 Floating bridge / Microsoft Pedestrian Bridge has widen my knowledge for things that can help me be successful yet cater to what you have or need help with.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Turning someone’s front yard to a vision I had that created less maintenance and made neighbors want to have similar work done for theirs as well. Retaining wall raising their sloped driveway and replacing sod with Turf giving it that fresh grass look.
