Introduction: Hello everyone my name is Kevin Lopez! I’ve been working out since I was about 16 years old. I mainly fell in love with working out because of how personal it is. Everyone’s journey is different and I think it’s interesting how you get to learn about your body to a whole different level. Ive competed in bodybuilding shows and currently I’m looking for a new challenge to compete in a powerlifting competition. I’ve been a personal trainer for about almost 6 years now, and I’ve had my own business for 3 years of it. I decided to make this my career because frankly it doesn’t feel like a job for me. Sometimes I’m doing this 7 days a week, I love helping people achieve their fitness goals. My favorite thing about my job is actually being out of my comfort zone and helping someone struck out of luck, mainly because it helps me improve my knowledge. I’ve helped clients that have had only one arm to those clients who are handicapped, my favorite thing about these projects is showing them that their is a way for them to be fit. I believe everyone in their fitness journey starts somewhere, my goal is to make this a habit. I believe as well in balance, I know most people want to get healthy but still wanna have a social life. My goal is to make this part of your normal routine. I believe being balanced is being healthy where you can do all the stuff you love while being healthy and fit.

I trained with Kevin for about 1.5 years from September 2022 to March of 2024. Over this time Kevin taught me a lot about weight training. I started from very basic exercises on machines and gradually went up to more advanced exercises with free weights. Over this time, I became much stronger and better fit overall. Kevin also gave me the initial guidance on what to eat so that I can replenish well after the workouts. Over time, I became independent and was able to do on my own the same routines that Kevin set up for me. I suffered for years with chronic upper back, neck, shoulder area pains. The workout routines helped me get stronger gradually and reduce the pain significantly to bring it to a manageable level. It took a very long time, but I got there eventually with guidance from Kevin. For any new / prospective clients, it is important to remember that working out is only half the work to get stronger or get in better physical shape. The other part is eating well and doing it consistently. That is the hardest part. Without being consistent with food and workout routines, it is near impossible to achieve good results.

Kevin has been able to change not only my confidence but also how I look at fitness as a whole. When I initially started with Kevin I was doing 60 pounds on leg press and in just a few months with Kevin has was able to get me up to 350. He’s always been on time and even after training for months he finds new tips or workouts to improve on all while being respectful and considerate of other health factors going on in my life. Highly recommend training with Kevin! My results with him have been better than any other trainer I’ve used. Thank you sooo much Kev!
