I have worked with Alex for 3 months now and it is great. He knows how to push you to the maximum without being overbearing. He is empathetic during the session an tailors the session to what an older man/woman can do (I’m 67). Alex is flexible and able to adjust on the fly, if you’re not able to do an exercise it gets substituted with another Alex is knowledgeable in his craft and able to work with what equipment you have on hand, no equipment no problem he’s going to work with that too Alex is going to listen and motivate you to look forward to the session In a very short time I’m down 2 pant sizes and almost 25 pounds that are staying off In closing, if you don’t use Walker weight lifting, you’re making a mistake. Give him a call you have nothing to lose

Alex has been coaching me, mostly remotely, for over 2 years. I have FSHD, a progressive muscle disease, and Alex has not only stepped up to the challenge, but embraced it. He has tailored exercises so that they work for and benefit me, and is constantly innovating, and looking for ways that I can do more. And when he has that certain laugh, I know he has thought of something to up my game.
