Introduction: I work on computer operating system installation and troubleshooting. I install new hardware, hard drives, CDs and DVDs. I clean system interior, install RAM, install new motherboards, power supplies and generally make inoperative system operate. I have worked on computers for more than 25 years. I provide information for novice clients to make them comfortable with their computer systems. I charge reasonable rates ($17.50 per hour) plus travel cost including $.60 per mile round trip plus ferries and tolls. I'm available 7 days a week with 4 hours notice on weekends. I'm not ridged on my time on site. If I think I should have been faster, I will reduce my fees.
