My Pricing is flexible and is determined on how serious the problem is and how soon you want it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, is figure out the cause and exact details of the problem. Explain the requirements and repair procedure including the time frame. Determine the costs and come to an agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in Computer Information Technology and also an Undergraduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering. I have been certified for Computer Hardware and Software Troubleshooting in the Philippines.
