Introduction: I run an 1800 SF private strength and conditioning gym in Vancouver. I train clients in a deliberate manner, with the main goal being to live a healthy life for as long as possible. No secrets; if you're looking to improve body composition, the 3 keys are improving the quality of your diet, fasted walks, and interval training/metcon. I also strongly believe that everyone should do some form of strength training. The benefits are numerous and hard to properly verbalize in a brief introduction. Hiring a personal trainer can be intimidating. Hiring a personal trainer when you're a large, out of shape, middle aged woman can be down right nerve wracking. I was fortunate to find James a couple years ago after deciding I'd had enough of feeling weak and off balance. Trusting him with my fitness was the best decision I've made in a long time. He is patient. He knows his stuff and all he ever wants is for me to do my best and improve. I've been to trainers who tried to sell me supplements or tried to put me on diets to lose weight. They never asked me what *I* wanted. That was the first thing James asked me. He's the best.
