  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    -With Flynn Family Comfort, our Estimation Fee will be waived if you hire us for an installation or changeout. -When you hire Flynn Family Comfort for an installation or changeout, we require a down payment of 50% of total price quoted to be able to order equipment and schedule date of install. -We also offer a 10% discount for customers that pay the full amount quoted up front in full at thye time you would normally pay the down payment. Most of our customers take advantage of this discount because it saves a good chunk of change overall.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Initially, we like for our customer to fill out an intake so we can get all their information. Our Questionnaire is essentially 2 forms in one. The first half of the Questionnaire is the New Customer Intake which is just the basic infomation we ask for. The second half of the Questionnaire is our Virtual Bid Questionnaire which we offer for our customers to fill out so that we can give them an estimate without having to step foot in their home. The Virtual Bid is more than half the price of a regular in person bid and it saves time as well as long as every question is responded to and answered completely. After the Questionnaire is submited it usually takes 24 to 72 hours to recieve proposal. If you like the proposal and you choose to go with our company, we have a way to receive payment and get all the docs signed remotely by sending the proposal through a document signing website and then on the actual bid itself we add links to whichever payment you choose, i.e. 50% down only or pay the full amount and get the 10% discount for doing so.
