Handyman: Anything broken, or that you would like to upgrade... I can do lots. I’m honest about what I can do and what I can’t. I’m not going to mislead the customer to do something where I’m not a great fit. I love helping people and care about the results above all else. I've been doing home projects and helping others do theirs for 30 years. I enjoy helping people with home projects and finding creative ways to solve problems. I can fix lots of things and prefer to do that before replacing, but if it's time to replace, I can install. My areas of work are: 1) Home automation and electronics including setting up TVs, Alexa, Arlo cameras, Sonos, home stereos and AV systems, outdoor systems, WiFi, etc. 2) Lite electrical: installing dimmers, replacing switches and outlets, replacing or repairing fixtures and lighting (including replacing old fluorescent with LED) 3) Lite plumbing: fixing or replacing faucets and valves, fixing or replacing kitchen/bath/shower sinks, drains, etc. 4) Fixing random things around a home (closets, windows, doors, tables, chairs, etc.) If it's broke and you want to keep it, let's explore. 5) Pressure washing 6) Painting and drywall repair 7) Light tree trimming and pruning 8) Furniture assembly including custom closet systems Administrative office help: I know Quickbooks desktop and online, I'm an expert in MS Office products especially love MS Excel and can do a ton with that. Having run an IT company for 20 years I can do anything from HR to consultative sales.
