I had been procrastinating on filing for bankruptcy for a long time. I have used Thumbtack before and decided to try it again. Ashley was super fast with a response and we e-mailed back and forth almost immediately. She told me to let her know if she could match other quotes I received, and was very clear on the benefits of using Start Fresh Northwest. She quoted me a great price that included a partial payment to the court, which made the payment process easier. I felt great about our interactions so I chose her company. I met with her partner Delaina, and she met me at my neighborhood Starbucks twice, once to go over the contract and the 2nd time to do the actual paper work. They are both super flexible and would have done most everything over phone and fax if that is what I wanted. The process was emotional for me, and both Ashley and Delaina were awesome. They responded to my phone calls, e-mails and texts immediately, and made me feel better when I had concerns when other people, not bankruptcy attorneys offered their 2 cents about filing for bankruptcy. We are almost done, with a hearing coming up and I'm relieved it's almost over. I am all about customer service and Fresh Start Northwest totally gets it! It has also been nice working with a company run by women. Lawyers can be intimidating and I often felt like I was talking to a friend when voicing concerns. I never felt like any question was to small or stupid to ask. Use them! You won't regret it!
I requested a family law attorney for a quick consultation here on Thumbtack, and Dave replied within less than an hour, on a Friday evening, offering to meet up on the upcoming Sunday. His response was quick, but when I got to his office, our meeting took well over an hour because he wanted to know more information and be very specific with his advice to me. I appreciate it a lot in a professional and experienced attorney, and it was very nice to see how much he cares about his customers and how responsible he is in checking all the information hes given to be as much accurate with his advice.
Mr. Jackman was hired for a complicated assault case and from the first phone call was extremely polite and filled with heartfelt compassion. Should I ever need an attorney again, I would hire him in a heartbeat, everyone should at least talk to him. Thank you so much Mr. Jackman!
My review is a bit lengthy, however please read it, I feel this Law Firm deserves my gratification and you deserve to hear from a pleased client. I was extremely happy with the outcome of my divorce case. I did not have to go to court and was able to settle things in mediation. I had the opportunity to meet the Office Manager/ Paralegal/ on her way to be a Legal Technician (impressive) Christine. She did my intake. Christine was so understanding and comforting. I knew this was a good start and a good sign. Then I spoke with Associate Attorney Brian Neuharth. He really didn't have to take time out of his schedule to talk to me about my case before Managing Attorney Mike Moceri was ready to meet with me, yet he did. My divorce case would seem to be an easy one, but there were twists and turns that made it unusually a bit more difficult than it needed to be. I wanted and needed the help. Mike did not have to take my case, but he did even though we both discussed that he would be in trial the day of my mediation, and one of his associate attorneys would accompany me in mediation. However, he would go to trial with me if it indeed had to go to trial. There were only 3 weeks before mediation and the Law Firm still took my case. Brian Holden was the Associate Attorney scheduled to be with me during mediation. Having him there was a huge relief and worth every penny. I truly feel my outcome would not have been as successful as it was without the support and assistance of Brian in addition to the backing of the Law Firm. Every single staff member that I encountered showed more concern about my case than expected. I know they have many clients other than me, but I sure feel like they went above and beyond to assured me they would do their best, yet also very forthcoming of worst-case scenarios based on their experience and how the law interprets a case like mine. My comfort and right away huge reduction of stress was greatly put at ease. In my mind, knowing that the worst-case scenario from them, I felt, would be better than any worst-case scenario I could have possibly gotten for myself. Bonus, I got exactly what I wanted and the help that I needed to make that possible. The outcome was better than I could have expected. If you take the time and go to their website and see the BIOS about the many memberships, accreditations and awards that they have, it shows, and I see why they received all these awards. Rightfully so! I assure you I knew nothing about this Law Firm, aside from what their website said before I hired them; my review is genuine. I wanted to share my experience, so others don’t miss the opportunity to work with this Law Firm. Go meet them in person, you will see! Will I hire them again if I need an attorney for any of the other services they provide? Most definitely yes!
Eviction process. MR. Dabling is a very experienced , very knowledgable , and compassionate attorney at law. Would recomend him to anybody.
Mr. Foster has been great. He has maintained clear and open communication, and has given me solid advice. He is on top of everything regarding my case. He did not pressure me to hire him, like other attorneys I talked to, and genuinely cared about my case, even when I wasn't yet his client. I would recommend him to anybody.
Ryan was everything we were looking for in an estate attorney. He was professional, competent and extremely responsive.
Shane was very prompt in his response and seemed to be a very genuine attorney. Unfortunately, I had already hired another Attorney so I am not able to use Shane's services at this time.
I had fired my first attorney, it was a injury "mill" They did nothing for 2 weeks. Ann got right to work and with in days she had settled on the personal property. Great hard working, thoughtful, intelligent work, with still having empathy for the challenges and emotional needs at a crisis time for you in life, when you are not able to make decisions.
As a criminal defense attorney in the same office as Kevin, I have worked side by side with him for over a decade. He is a hard working, creative and dedicated advocate for his clients. I recommend Kevin without hesitation if you need help with a criminal case. As you figure out what is the best course for your case I recommend giving him a call to see if he is a good fit for you.
Attorney Steven Palmer #48823 His work quality is to go the extra mile to remind me I have no reason to fear. He is by my side watching and making sure all is well. Something I needed. Attorney Steven Palmer is very professional. I was so impressed in the court setting at the train station. He was the best and I was so proud he was my Attorney. He communicated with each person he needed to, which he communicates the entire process. Offers excellent service, you are a team not just watching. Every step I was aware and prepared. I grew in wisdom because of the financial classes which I do my best to practice wisely. It's a life lesson. Responsiveness, punctuality, and value. Attorney Steven Palmer respects you as a person of value. I never felt judged, dismissed, or stupid. He empowered me to be aware, to grow in finanical wisdom, and to realize this is a bankruptcy yes and this happens to great people. It's what you do after that counts.
He was a great guy to get my case cleared. Thank you again.
He kept me informed through the entire process and will definitely recommend again. Another attorney wanted to nickle and some me.
Brian Murry handled my divorce and revised will post-divorce. He provided several options for each step that were tailored to my personal situation. He always had sound legal advice, and was able to answer questions. He was efficient with his hours and provided a great value for the fees charged. I came in his office confused and he provided an solid legal path to proceed. Highly recommended for divorce and family law matters.
I am grateful for Andrew for sitting with and listening to my situation. He gave great legal advise to assist me. He was friendly, honest and attentive. Kept the line of communication open prior to my appointment. He made me feel comfortable. It was a very informative meeting. Grateful for attorneys like him who seeks to help people, not get over on them. His humbling spirit made it easy to discuss my issues.
I was falsely accused of assaulting my girlfriend this summer. Cristine and Nadine took on my case with no guarantees but they were able to get my case thrown out after I passed a polygraph test. Throughout the whole ordeal they believed in me and I never felt judged or minimized.
Ms Groves was bery helpful in setting me up with the attorney I needed and keep in touch with me the entire time.
I am both a licensed stockbroker and real estate agent. I did something incredibly dumb that put both of these licenses, not to mention my livelihood and reputation, at risk. Even though Im not providing my full name here, I still do not want to go into much detail about the incident, as it is incredibly embarrassing. I will say that I was accused of exposing myself but when I did it, it was never my intent for others to see me or be offended by my actions. Unfortunately, the District Attorney did not see it this way. Stuck with the possibility of having to register as a sex offender for the rest of my life, I began searching for an attorney. I consulted with four different lawyers. Court stood out head and shoulders about the rest. His demeanor and caring attitude immediately put me at ease. He immediately formed and shared an excellent strategy with me to convince the prosecutor that all the elements of the crime were not present. He also advised me to collect a number of letters from people vouching for my good character; it was difficult to obtain these, as I didnt want to reveal why I needed the letters, but I am glad I did it because they were very helpful. In the end, Court was fully prepared to go to trial, but literally a few days before we were set to pick a jury Court called me with the best news Ive ever heard. He had another meeting with the prosecutor and her supervisor and they agreed to dismiss the primary charge in exchange to a plea to a very minor charge that had no effect on my livelihood or record. In exchange, I had to perform a lot of community service. I ended up doing my community service at a local food bank, and the funny thing is I still volunteer there to this day. I cannot say enough good things about Court. He is an outstanding attorney and I owe him everything.
When I was injured on the job I thought my company would take care of me. I soon found that was far from the truth. When I received the letter from their insurance company stating that all my time off benefits were stopping. I was at a loss at what to do or where to turn. After my first meeting with Laurel Anderson, I knew she had my best interest at heart. They worked really hard for the last 4 1/2 years. She relieved a lot of my stress and worry. Laurel worked hard to have my lost time and wages reinstated and helped guide me through the L&I Process. No matter how big or small your injury is, your employer or claims manager may tell you that you don't need an attorney. Trust me, you'll need someone to help you. Big corporations have attorneys hiding to protect them. You should have WA Workers' Comp Law fighting for you.
Beckwith Law is a lifesaver! I had a contestable moving violation in Eastern Washington that was going to be very difficult to manage from Seattle. Cristine and her professional staff managed the whole process for me from start to finish. I saved hundreds of dollars in the process.
