Marshall arrived right on time which was much appreciated. He installed a new front door handle (which turned out to be more difficult than expected) and hung a curtain rod/curtains. I hired Marshall to do a bathroom remodel and now the entire room needs to be re-done. The sink faucet and plumbing leaks. The floor was not installed correctly and is uneven and cracked. The countertop and cabinet (the cabinet drawers no longer fit, and the cabinet didn't need anything done and he put random splotches of paint on the cabinet to cover up mistakes) are ruined and need to be replaced. Can't use the shower at all as it was not installed correctly - the wall bubbles open and water gets on the plaster wall, and it doesn’t drain properly. The tub faucet is coming out of the wall. The frame around the mirror is now cracked in two places. There's paint on the windows. The light fixtures were not installed correctly. The overall workmanship is shoddy. From start to finish this has been a horrible experience and a complete waste of money.

I contacted Marshall to remodel my garage as a child daycare. since November 2021. And he gave me a one month to complete the job. He requested half the money up front, two weeks later requested the rest of the contracted money. Before he finish his work, and i gave him all the money of the contract and he was finished the basic job but the finishing was extremely poor, he left rubble on the side of the house and spread some of the rubble on the front yard. he said we get French drain up front the door but the fact was just a simple whole drain and its not open to the side to drain what ever water goes in.
