Personable, professional, and knowledgable at a time when nobody WANTS to see him, but needs his services. Neal's understanding of what needs to be done to correct a situation of someone else's making (Mother Nature?) and how to put your life back in a semblance of order is reassuring and compassionate, and he does so giving you the full attention you deserve and NEED at that time in your life! He's a mensch.

Professional service that was accomplished in a cost effective manner. His attention to detail was remarkable. Our townhouse after an upstairs washer overflowed was dried out and reassembled so that this disaster had minimal effect upon us. Mr. Hayden's team was the best disaster recovery we had ever experienced. They are fast, professional and detail oriented. I would highly recommend them to anyone facing disaster damage.

When I purchased my home recently there was an very strong tobacco odor. The previous owner was such a heavy smoker that I got a $2500. credit for new carpeting. The odor after that was still very strong, but Neal and his crew came in, did their thing, and the odor was gone. Super job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is through Xactimate - which is a pricing program approved by 99% of nationwide insurance carriers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Emergency services vary by customer. Many customers will have us work directly with their insurance company. Other customers, who are self pay, may choose to have an estimate done first. PuroClean does not charge for the inspection and estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
PuroClean is a certified IICRC firm (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification). Also, Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor - certified by the ACAC (American Council for Accredited Certification). Finally, PuroClean is a licensed contractor for both Oregon and Washington.
