Introduction: Our specialty is preparing and serving quality food at festivals, special gatherings and corporate events. Our unique menu includes marinated steaks, surf and turf skewers, roasted elephant garlic, garlic parmesan cheese fries, wild caught cod fillets served with hand-cut fries and a fresh and tasty steak sandwich, to name a few. We have a 25-foot L&I approved mobile commercial kitchen that we will bring to your event. Please note that we require 50-amp/220-volt power supply. We are available to for travel in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
