Introduction: Group Therapy and Individual Work I offer confidential individual coaching, as well as group coaching for men and women of all ages and from all walks of life. Because every person is unique and has value, you will be honored and treated with respect in the group and individual sessions. The groups also include recovery coaching, which will enhance your continued journey on the walk of recovery. The groups will help you when you encounter a road covered with land mines. Recovery is a lifetime process. Where are your expectations? Join us, and you will be able to break through, reboot, and renew. Anger Management Groups Intellect over emotion. You will receive a workbook, and as a group, we will work through the book to help you discover how to recognize the faces of anger. Groups run for 6 weeks for a total of 12 hours. Resistance always creates change. There is always a cost in moving forward. No lasting change comes until the mind changes first. Motivation. There are times when you just need someone to say, "You are okay". "You will make it through the day". "You belong to the power you choose to obey if you just need to "be" for a while that is okay". Phone or Skype Appointments are offered by telephone and/or Skype, so you are not limited to living within any specific area.
