I've never been inclined to leave a review before, generally because of mediocre service or product. I have to step up here, though. Skinner was OUTSTANDING in food, presentation, service, food, price, professionalism, and did I mention the food? We said we should have another party just to get the left-overs! Thanks again Skinner! You made our daughters wedding reception meal (for 200) better than we could have imagined!

I've had the great pleasure of eating at several events where Craig has been the caterer. The food was, hot, delicious, beautiful, and served professionally.

Craig is such an inspiring person. His vast knowledge of food, technique and pairings is outstanding. He is always willing to do what is best for the customer. He is funny, bright and always has a pep in his step. His passion is what drives this business!

The last thing Craig "dished" for us was a big dinner the night before Stef's wedding.He was so organized and well-prepared we never felt any of the stress. The food was excellent in quality, and generous servings were beautifully presented. He was flexible, so easy to work with and went the extra mile in every way. I can't think of any way in which it could have been better!
