- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When my husband and I got married we did not have $100,000 to spend on a wedding, so I planned my own I New I loved planning family events, birthday, ext. But never planned an event as big as a wedding and once I did I found my true calling but wished I didn't have to stress and spend my engagement on all of the little details so I wanted to make it possible for others to have that fairytale wedding or any event without the stress that comes along with it and really just get to enjoy all the memories with their loved ones and not worry about the little things. Because when you are planning your event and making sure all of the background stuff is being taken care of you don't get to fully enjoy your loved ones and the day itself.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common events I do are wedding, birthday party's, baby showers, anniversary, going away party's/ graduation, retirement, divorce party's, family reunions, holiday party/ company picnics/ events, pet birthdays, and so many others
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you are looking for an event planner, you need to find the right person that understands your vision and is willing to go above and beyond for you, and that they are truly passionate about their work they are doing and it not just be a job to them. Also you need someone that will be available when you need to speak with them at any time of the day within reason. Sometimes you have ideas or last minute changes and should not have to wait to have changes made or even a simple update to see the progress that's being made!
